PROCESS IN JOINING AS A PARTNER:
• The interested investors would be our retail partners with an investment of INR 1.40 Crore or in
multiples.
• For each investment of INR 1.40 Crore, the land of 12 Guntas of an acre would be registered on
the retail partners name as security.
• The land would be given to the company under the fool proof development agreement.
• The company will get the HMDA, RERA and any other approvals in 6 months time.
• The retail partner gets a villa with the specs of 325 sq. yards and 3300 sq. feets of built up area out
of 12 Guntas of land as per development agreement.
• The company starts marketing of the villas once we get the HMDA approval received.
• The retail partner can have the association with the company for next projects too.
• The timelines of completion of project would be 3 years from the date of approvals received from
the government.
